How delighted we are when new folks hear about TLIA, many of them through this medium…the Newsletter… and join our ranks. It’s been called the single most important factor in attracting new members. We also count on word of mouth. If you’ve a new neighbor, ask him/her to come to the next meeting with you. Joining the organization costs only $15, though we have higher categories. You’ll do good things for the lake and for your neighbor!

Our newest members since last summer are Mr. and Mrs. Pierre Desjardin of Florida. Known to most of us as " Bob," he and his wife Ruth lived on the lake for many years before moving away, and is a past president of TLIA. They and their daughter, Patty and son-in-law Scott Hutchins, have purchased the D’Amour’s camp on the Fernald Rd.

Peter and Nancy Kailey of Bethel have built a summer home on Pond Rd. and hope eventually to live at the lake year-round.

Welcome also to Robert Mocciola of the Fernald Rd. and to Ms. Glendowlyn Howard, daughter of the late Cleveland Howard of Marjorie Lane.
