INVASIVE PLANT WORKSHOPS

Identifying
invasive plants which are detrimental to the health of the lake will
be the focus of workshops planned by Scott Williams, aquatic biologist.
They will be held on Wednesday, July 1l, from 1-4 and on Saturday,
August 18 from 10-1. Both will be held in Turner, ME. at a yet-to-be
determined location.

| If you are
interested in attending either workshop, please let me know ASAP. Each
lake association will be limited to 3-4 attendees. The workshops will be
open to the general public and will be on a first-come basis. We will
help defray costs by making a donation to Land & Water Resource
Management Associates.
This is most important. We need your help in protecting the lake from
