Kayak Trip through Winterbrook
|
| The much-advertised kayak trip through Winterbrook,
the outlet to Tripp Lake, resulted in three men, Rick Lundstedt, Dell
King and Drew Rothfus, wending their way around beaver dams and through
spider webs and having a wonderful time. Rick led the group on July 10
at 11 a.m., returning about three hours later. The explorers went as
far as they could without portaging over rushing waters.
They hope more kayakers will join next year’s group.
