TIE-DYE WORKSHOP

Judy King’s deck has become a hub of lake activity.

The second annual Tie-Dye Workshop on July 17, was held in conjunction with the Walk-A-Thon.  Walkers admired plantings on Jordan Shore Drive and sipped cold lemonade while half a dozen children dipped elastic-bound t-shirts in buckets of dye.  The tees were hung to dry and admired by passerbys and parents.

A big thank you to our co-President who has come up with entertainment for all ages.  It’s complements  the environmental, educational focus of TLIA, the serious stuff that keeps the lake healthy.  It’s healthy to have fun, too.
