FOUR ESSAY WINNERS AWARDED SCHOLARSHIPS

Tripp Lake Improvement Association, for the second year, has awarded scholarships to students from the Poland Elementary School to attend The Maine Conservation School Camp (in Bryant Pond) for one week. This year’s winners are Sarah Beaulieu, Rick Bennett, Maggie Norton and Adam Nile, all fourth graders at the School. The essay contest had been opened to children/grandchildren of Association members as well, but no entries were forthcoming. We hope next year for a better response.
